PROJECT URBAN MOTION ART DEFENDER 90 – A restoration and customisation of a 1996 Land Rover Defender 90 for our Angus Wong, a business entrepreneur in Malaysia.
We understand that every customer is different and at 613 Customs, we endeavour to realise each and every of our customer’s dream which ultimately resulting in each build having their own individuality and character. This project build has undergone extensive work with a 1996 Defender 300tdi engine.
Phase 1 is the restoration of bodywork and engine. Phase 2 involves the conversion of manual to automatic transmission from a Land Rover Discovery. Phase 3 involves conversion to a PUMA tdci dashboard with the migration all airconditioning and re-wiring of the instrumental dash dials and meters to work with the 300tdci engine and automatic transmission. Phase 4 involves a full repaint of the car and interior upgrading with Alcantara roof liners, leather dashboard with red stitching, URBAN MOTION ART custom front seats, PUMA rear seat installation, sound and audio upgrade, insulation and premium carpeting finished with BFGoodrich 285/65/18 KO2 tire and 18-inch Sawtooth gloss black rims.
